Please check our size guides before you place your orders to ensure you get the correct size first time. If you are unsure of the right size for you, please get in touch with our friendly team who will be happy to help.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start your return, please let us know via email at email@example.com, and the team will provide you with returns instructions.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Failing to include a note with your full name and order number inside your return package will result in long delays, and may even mean that your package is not identified at all.
We do not cover the postage cost of returning the items back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), and if your return is lost in the post and we do not receive it back, we sadly will not be able to exchange.
Once your returned item has been received and processed by the team, we will process your new order within our normal shipping timeframe. If you'd like to check the status of your new order at any time please get in touch.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damages and Issues
We want you to be happy with your item, so please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, printed incorrectly, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can provide you with a replacement.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), hygiene products (such as face masks), jewellery (such as earrings), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, yoga mats or water bottles) for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
